Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer — Machine Learning based in Portugal for a remote freelance role. You will design and deliver engaging ML courses, from fundamentals to model training and evaluation, using hands-on labs and real-world demonstrations.

You will script and narrate lessons in English, develop lab-friendly material, and collaborate with curriculum and production teams to ensure high-quality, scalable learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML experience with training, evaluating and shipping models.
• Clear ability to explain ML concepts to engineers new to the field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to write scripts and narrate lessons.
• Passion for teaching and knowledge-sharing across online formats.
• Current interest in ML developments and continuous learning.
• Comfort presenting technical material on camera with clarity.
• Willingness to follow a structured teaching methodology and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop course content with sections, lessons and labs.
• Create hands-on learning experiences and test lab environments.
• Write engaging, short video lessons and tutorials for engineers.
• Deliver scripted technical presentations and record demonstrations.
• Apply practical ML expertise to training material and assessments.
• Incorporate editorial feedback to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate remotely with curriculum and production teams via Slack.
• Focus on teaching content while production handles editing and publishing.
