Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Domain Architect in Portugal to shape enterprise security strategies across cloud, identity, data, and infrastructure. You will define current- and target-state architectures, establish standards, and roadmaps while working with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Security Architect or related cybersecurity architecture role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture and design.
• Experience with Azure security architecture and cloud governance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and IAM.
• VCF and VMware security architecture experience.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and defense-in-depth.
• Familiarity with Defender suites (Cloud/Endpoint/Identity).
• Experience with security governance, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise security architectures across cloud, infra, identity and data.
• Develop current-state and target-state security architectures and roadmaps.
• Define security standards, controls, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across Azure and VCF environments.
• Design security capabilities including IAM, Zero Trust, segmentation, encryption.
• Guide implementation of Microsoft security technologies (Defender suites).
• Lead security roadmap workshops with stakeholders and secure approvals.
• Support roadmaps and track risk, compliance and operations outcomes.
• Conduct security architecture reviews, gap analyses and risk assessments.
• Create ADRs and ARB documentation for architectural decisions.
• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and mitigation strategies.
• Advise executives on risks, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Contribute to threat detection, incident response, and resilience initiatives.
