Tenth Revolution Group in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to join an international technology team delivering innovative business solutions within a modern Microsoft ecosystem. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership and solution design.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects and development teams to build enterprise Dynamics 365 applications while guiding best practices across projects.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Dynamics 365 experience (Customer Service is a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and the Power Platform.
• Experience with DevOps, Git, CI/CD and software engineering best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Customize entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and application logic
• Build and optimize integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Refactor and modernize existing applications to improve scalability and maintainability
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
• Collaborate in an agile environment with business and technical stakeholders
