  • Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent Dutch, with a good command of English.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
