Location: Remote (from Coimbra to Algarve)

Language Requirement: Native or C2 level Danish

Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotating Shifts)
  • Two rotating days off per week
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality support.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring positive experiences.
  • Update customer records and track feedback to improve service.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service quality and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish (native or C2 level).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
