Provide top-tier customer service to users of digital automotive services.
Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and empathetic communication.
Accurately log customer interactions and follow up to ensure problem resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Languages: German fluency (native-level preferred) and proficiency in English is an asset.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to adapt to different shifts and work in a remote setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, or related fields is a plus, but not required
Schedule
2 rotating days off per week
Full remote working model (after initial training)
Flexibility is key this role requires availability across different shifts, including nights and weekends
Complexity Bonus: 80 EUR/month (x11 months/year)
Position Bonus: 20 EUR/month
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (net)
