Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Representative German Market
Location: Remote within Portugal (based in Braga project)
Start Date: 2 October 2025

Working Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 20:00 (rotational shifts)

  • Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00

  • Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00

  • 2 rotational days off

Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: 1030 gross x 14 months

  • Performance Bonus: 120 gross x 12 months

  • Position Bonus (Braga): 30 gross x 12 months

  • Meal allowance: 7.23 per day

  • Transport allowance: 20 per month

  • Health insurance from day 1 (with small contribution, free after 6 months)

  • Deliver top-quality customer support for the German market via phone, email, and chat.

  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

  • Solve problems efficiently and contribute to a positive customer experience.

  • Work remotely while staying connected to a supportive international team.

What Were Looking For
  • Fluency in German (C1) + good English (B2).
