A customer service company in Portugal is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative for the German market. Responsibilities include providing top-quality support via phone, email, and chat. Location: Remote within Portugal (based in Braga project)
Start Date: 2 October 2025
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 20:00 (rotational shifts)
Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00
Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
2 rotational days off
Base Salary: 1030 gross x 14 months
Performance Bonus: 120 gross x 12 months
Position Bonus (Braga): 30 gross x 12 months
Meal allowance: 7.23 per day
Transport allowance: 20 per month
Health insurance from day 1 (with small contribution, free after 6 months)
Deliver top-quality customer support for the German market via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Solve problems efficiently and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Work remotely while staying connected to a supportive international team.
Fluency in German (C1) + good English (B2).
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
