Reach Digital, a fully remote AI-first performance marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Strategist. You will own the creative end-to-end, research ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs for editors, collaborating with brand partners and growth/design teams.

You’ll stay on top of trends, translate insights into testable concepts, and manage 3-5 brands at once, delivering winning ads and campaigns from a remote, US-hour aligned team.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and content that converts.
• Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn and get better through feedback.
• Comfortable communicating learnings with team members and clients.
• Passionate about creative strategy and staying on top of trends.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing performance, brainstorming ad angles and hook variations, and writing new briefs weekly for the editing team.
• Owning the creative strategy for brand partners, with a living strategy doc tracking angles and tests.
• Staying current on platform trends, formats, and policy changes, translating into testable concepts.
• Working with 3-5 brand partners at a time to dive deep into their creative and build new winning ads.
