Purolabs in Lisboa is seeking a Creative Strategist & Copywriter who can bridge data and creativity in a fast-paced DTC environment. This is a full-time on-site role in Lisboa. You’ll develop concepts from customer insights, write persuasive scripts for UGC and video ads, craft landing page and email copy, and create briefs for designers.

You’ll collaborate with the growth team and stay ahead of trends on Meta and TikTok. Fluent English required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting within DTC e-commerce, an agency, or as a freelancer.
• Proven track record creating high-performing paid social ads for Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of direct response copywriting principles and consumer psychology.
• Experience writing for health, wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a significant plus.
• Ability to adapt your voice across different audience segments and product categories.

Responsabilidades

• Developing creative concepts and angles based on customer insights, competitor analysis, and performance data
• Writing persuasive scripts for UGC and video ads that hook viewers in the first second
• Crafting copy for static ads, landing pages, and email campaigns that convert cold traffic into customers
• Creating clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators
• Analysing ad performance to identify winning patterns and iterate on what's working
• Collaborating with our growth team to align creative with campaign objectives and testing roadmaps
• Staying ahead of creative trends on Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
