bridge351 is seeking a senior AI Platform Architect to design and build advanced AI agents using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, Gemini models, and CXAS. You will focus on reasoning, grounding, and tool-use within enterprise environments.

The role includes migrating legacy conversational interfaces to CXAS, integrating with CCaaS/CRM platforms, and delivering scalable, secure AI solutions in a fully remote, international setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in technical client services.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based technical architectures and solutions.
• Deep understanding of large language models (Gemini) and CX platforms (CXAS, Dialogflow) in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in Python and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building/restful APIs and working with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Proficient with vector databases (Pinecone, Vertex AI Search) and structured SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with security protocols, PII masking, and AI safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build sophisticated AI agents using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, Gemini models, and CXAS.
• Migrate legacy conversational interfaces to advanced CXAS and generative AI architectures.
• Design and implement Agent Assist features and use insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Connect AI agents to CCaaS/telephony platforms and enterprise CRM systems via APIs for real-time data access and omnichannel routing.
• Develop and optimize complex prompts and orchestration layers for accuracy and safety.
• Design and maintain RAG pipelines for up-to-date knowledge from company docs and knowledge bases.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation for agent development (e.g., Terraform).
• Establish Agent Ops practices with evaluation frameworks for latency, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.
