Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, is seeking a Business Controller located in Spain or Portugal on a remote model. The role reports to the Senior Director of Finance and focuses on financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support for leaders across commercial and operating units.

You will lead the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts, build revenue models, and deliver variance analyses. You’ll partner with commercial leaders on pricing, headcount, and profitability, and prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, BA or related field.
• 3+ years in Business Controlling or FP&A in an international setting.
• Experience in software/SaaS with ARR, retention and bookings metrics.
• Advanced modelling with Excel; SQL knowledge; ERP experience incl. Oracle Fusion; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget and forecasting processes (annual, monthly, quarterly).
• Build revenue and recurring-revenue models (ARR, bookings, churn).
• Deliver performance analyses vs budget and forecasts.
• Partner with leaders on pricing, headcount, profitability; provide models.
• Prepare exec reporting and dashboards; support month-end close.
• Work with Oracle Fusion, SQL and Excel to analyze data and automate processes.
