Emerging Travel Group is seeking an Automation/BPM engineer to design and deploy Camunda 8-based BPMN/DMN solutions for customer support automation. You will configure no-code AI platforms, maintain prompts, and support production automation using Camunda Operate.

Responsibilities include integrating with systems via REST/JSON/Kafka, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving adoption of new AI technologies across the organization.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on production BPM engine design and deployment.
• Solid Camunda 7/8 experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL.
• Experience with REST API, JSON, and message brokers (Kafka).
• Interest in AI/LLM solutions for business process integration.
• Ability to elicit and clarify technical requirements with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8 for automation.
• Configure and maintain prompts in no-code AI platforms and voice bot schemes.
• Support and debug automation scenarios in Camunda Operate in production.
• Integrate processes with internal/external systems via REST API, JSON, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and analytics teams.
• Champion new technologies and AI integrations across the organization.
