You will develop, configure, and maintain Helix-based solutions, collaborate with analysts to translate requirements, perform testing, and participate in code reviews while keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience with BMC Helix or similar IT service management tools.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with database management systems, including SQL databases.
