Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing and seeking a NodeJs Software Developer to join our team in Portugal. You will build backend services using Node.js, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with clients to translate their requirements into scalable solutions.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, follow best practices for performance and maintainability, and engage with stakeholders in a consultative way.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2–3 years of backend Node.js experience.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Client-facing experience with stakeholder engagement.
• English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications with Node.js.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and propose solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability by following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Adapt quickly to different projects and business environments.
