Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Swedish Market Remote Car Repair Assistant to provide first-level technical support for cars, LGV/HGV, across brands via calls and emails.

You will analyze problems, follow escalation processes, and track incidents while contributing to a knowledge base. Swedish C1 and English B2 are required, with 1–3 years of workshop experience. Flexible hours and remote options available.

Qualificações

• Education: master mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician or country equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in car/GDV workshops.
• Languages: Swedish C1 and English B2 at minimum.
• Soft skills: customer orientation, professional communication, calm under压力.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls, emails, and common requests for 1st level technical support.
• Analyse technical problems with cars, LGV/HGV, and provide assistance via all channels.
• Follow work instructions and escalation processes for incidents.
• Track incidents in the internal system.
• Maintain communication with colleagues across Bosch sites and departments.
• Contribute to FAQ and knowledge database.
• Establish good relationships with customers and colleagues; remote or office as needed.
