Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to contribute to structured tasks that improve how AI models think, respond, and learn. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from virtually any background.

No technical or AI experience required—just attention to detail and the ability to follow clear guidelines. You will complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks across text, image, and audio, rate and annotate AI-generated content, and provide feedback

Qualificações

Detail-oriented with strong instruction-following ability.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
Clear and effective written English communication.

Responsabilidades

Complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that train AI systems.
Rate, classify, and annotate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats.
Follow detailed task guidelines and rubrics to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Provide clear, structured feedback on AI outputs using evaluation tools.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
