Alignerr is seeking a Conversation Quality Analyst (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. You will read and evaluate AI-generated conversations for naturalness, helpfulness, and flow, using provided rubrics to rank quality. The role is flexible, with 10–40 hours per week and asynchronous work.

No AI background required; strong reading comprehension and an intuitive feel for natural dialogue are essential. This freelance position offers ongoing project work and remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across a wide range of topics.

• Submit structured evaluations using rubrics and rating tools.
