Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against safety, fairness, and ethical standards. This fully remote, flexible hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and does not require prior AI background. You will work independently, applying clear criteria across diverse topics and use cases.

You will review, classify, and provide structured feedback on outputs, helping ensure AI aligns with human values while maintaining rigorous standards.

Qualificações

• Clear and concise written communicator who can articulate reasoning well.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured evaluation frameworks.

• No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical alignment criteria
• Classify outputs based on compliance standards, accuracy, and potential for harm
• Flag content that could be misleading, biased, or inappropriate
• Write clear, structured feedback detailing policy-related issues and reasoning
• Work across a wide variety of topics, content types, and use cases
• Complete task-based assignments independently and on your own schedule
