Syffer is a security-focused consulting firm seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to design and implement Copilot security architectures within a Zero Trust framework. You will manage IAM/CA policies for Copilot workloads and perform threat modeling, red-team exercises, and incident response planning.

You will build monitoring and incident response capabilities, define guardrails, and assess third-party plugin security, all while creating comprehensive documentation and training for

Qualificações

• 5+ years of cybersecurity and cloud security experience.
• Strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure security ecosystems.
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust, and cloud security architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, C#).
• Background in Computer Science / IT or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AZ-500, Microsoft Security, CISSP) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Copilot security assessments (prompt injection, model tampering, data poisoning).
• Design and implement Copilot security architecture using Zero Trust principles.
• Manage Identity & Access Management and Conditional Access policies for Copilot workloads.
• Develop threat models and execute red-team / security testing activities.
• Build monitoring, detection, and incident response capabilities for Copilot environments.
• Provide L3 support for complex security, performance, and integration issues.
• Define security policies, controls, and operational guardrails for Copilot usage.
• Assess security of Copilot plugins and third-party integrations.
• Validate data flows, encryption, and data protection mechanisms.
• Create documentation, training, and enablement materials for support teams.
• Define escalation paths and operational support standards.
