Planck Technologies is seeking an AI Security Specialist to secure Microsoft Copilot deployments, covering identity, access management, data flows and integrations within advanced Microsoft cloud environments.

The role requires 5+ years in Cybersecurity, strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise, and hands-on threat modeling, security testing, and red-team activities, with PowerShell/Python/C# scripting skills and fluent English plus advanced Portuguese.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365 and Azure security.
• Strong cybersecurity background in Microsoft ecosystems.
• Advanced knowledge of Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access and Zero Trust.
• Hands-on threat modeling, security testing and red-team activities.
• Practical scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or C#.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field.
• Security certifications (e.g. Microsoft Security, Azure Security, AZ-500, CISSP) are highly valued.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Advanced Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular security assessments of Copilot deployments.
• Identify and mitigate threats such as prompt injections, model tampering and data poisoning.
• Design and implement security architecture and hardening for Copilot workloads.
• Develop threat models and conduct controlled security and red-team testing.
• Build monitoring frameworks and lead incident detection and response.
• Act as 3rd level support, resolving complex security, performance and usage issues.
• Define security policies, controls and operational guardrails for Copilot usage.
• Assess the security of custom Copilot plugins and third-party integrations.
• Analyze data flows, validating encryption and protection mechanisms.
• Enable support teams through documentation, training, guardrails and escalation standards.
