Alignerr is seeking AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns, helping build fair and responsible AI systems. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and a genuine interest in fairness and social impact.

This role involves reviewing content for bias, flagging issues, and providing structured feedback while applying fairness standards across diverse topics.

Formación

• Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology.
• Strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives.
• Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the ways language can cause harm.
• Clear and articulate written communicator.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in evaluations.
• No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated content for bias, stereotypes, harmful language, and ethical concerns
• Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate for diverse, real-world audiences
• Flag issues clearly and provide structured written feedback using evaluation guidelines
• Apply fairness and safety standards consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
