Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Regulatory Projects Manager to lead COREP and Pillar 3 reporting initiatives within the PRPI team. You will implement ITS and ESG regulatory requirements across the Group, coordinating across RISK, Finance, IT and COO units.

The role offers exposure to multiple work streams, steering committees, and ongoing updates to processes in response to evolving regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of regulatory experience, ideally in project management.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (pivot tables and data analysis).
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities, with collaborative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for meetings and committees.
• Ability to develop and adapt manual processes during IT solution transition.
• Experience managing COREP / Pillar 3 reporting projects and implementing ITS/ESG changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage COREP / Pillar 3 reporting projects.
• Coordinate regulatory projects and support material preparation.
• Participate in Steering Committees and track action plans and roadmaps.
• Propose solutions and coordinate with RISK, Finance, IT and COO teams.
• Communicate developments and integration into updated processes.
