About The Job
  • You will join the Standards and Controls (S&C) - Standards Implementation Office (SIO) team in Lisbon, and more specifically the Credit Chain Remediation and Robustness (CCRR) team in charge of remediating data quality issue for credit and financial data:
    • Frame a project related to data quality issues through defining impacts on key metrics monitored by the Bank and define the remediation strategy;
    • Implement the project governance to designate relevant contributors transversally and define action plans, in process and systems dimension;
    • Lead the project implementation through animating workshops with stakeholders and perform sound restitution (synthesis and agreed next steps);
    • Contribute to project committees by Issuing regular communications on project status, attention points and next steps, with and beyond Finance teams;
    • Define remediation actions and follow the implementation to solve data quality issues across Business lines / Entities of the Group;
    • Formalize the robustness of the process implemented and make the awareness to productions teams of the target process
  • This position will allow you to become a central player within Finance & Strategy, while the role will provide you with the opportunity to interact across many functions within the Group, allowing you to: Develop your network through collaboratively working with numerous stakeholders on a daily basis; Develop further your technical competencies regarding various regulations and their evolution; The successful applicant will intensively interact with the Central team based in Paris, allowing you to build up an extensive knowledge of critical projects
Your Main Activities
  • Frame a project related to data quality issues through defining impacts on key metrics monitored by the Bank and define the remediation strategy
  • Implement the project governance to designate relevant contributors transversally and define action plans, in process and systems dimension.
  • Lead the project implementation through animating workshops with stakeholders and perform sound restitution (synthesis and agreed next steps)
  • Contribute to project committees by Issuing regular communications on project status, attention points and next steps, with and beyond Finance teams.
  • Define remediation actions and follow the implementation to solve data quality issues across Business lines / Entities of the Group

  • Prepare, organize and coordinate workshops and steering committees for the projects under the related scope
Profile And Skills To Success
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Regulatory topics or data quality topics
  • Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise of computer skills, data lineage and IT architecture
  • Fluent English, verbal and written

About The Team
  • At Standards & Controls Department the mission is to monitor the evolution in accounting, performance management, prudential and reporting standards and to ensure regulatory oversight
  • It is divided into four branches, including the Standards Implementation Office which is composed of 4 teams: Accounting Standards Project Implementation (ASPI); Prudential & Regulatory Project Implementation (PRPI); Liquidity & Resolution Project Implementation (LRPI); Controls & Data Remediation Project Implementation (CCRR)
  • The team\'s main mission is to coordinate the remediation of FINANCE & RISK data used to compute RWA in the credit environment
