Sanofi is offering a Regulatory Affairs Trainee role in Porto Salvo, Portugal, for a 12-month hybrid program starting November 2026. You will help prepare regulatory submissions, update databases, and support packaging changes under the guidance of experienced staff.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with strong communication, Portuguese and English skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualificações

• Current student or recent graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related Health Sciences field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Portuguese and good command of English (B2).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Experience with regulatory affairs is a plus but not required.
