About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter (junior or mid-level) to join our growing team. You'll participate (and hopefully manage in the future) in the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and engaging top talent to managing clients or hiring managers and closing offers. You can perform direct hiring for different customers (tech, business, or engineering positions) or be embedded in one of our client recruitment teams, helping them speed up their process.

Your day-to-day:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: perform various tasks along the full recruitment cycle, including job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Talent Sourcing: use methods like LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the process by engaging with them in a tailored and human-centric manner.
  • Stakeholder Management: build strong relationships with hiring managers or clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates, along with valuable business insights.
  • Process Improvement: contribute ideas to enhance internal processes and pipelines, creating the best experience for candidates and clients based on scalable and modern methods.
  • ATS/Data Management: maintain accurate records using our ATS and analyze data to act accordingly.
  • Market Insights: stay updated with market trends and talent insights to advise stakeholders effectively (e.g., salaries, working models, job trends).
Requirements:
  • Career mindset: passion for recruitment and a desire to build a long-term career in this field.
  • Experience level: potential and mindset are more important than years of experience; we welcome recent graduates and those with up to 2-3 years of experience.
  • Languages: fluency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese is also necessary for local projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously with a methodical approach to maintain organization and achieve results.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn: act proactively, build your own path, and take ownership of your work.
  • Team player: collaborate, challenge, and bring positive energy to discussions and teamwork.
