We are searching for an experienced Rececionista Tournant (M/F) - AP Victoria Sport & Beach to join our team at AP Hotels & Resorts in Albufeira.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service;
• Ensure reception services are properly managed;
• Process and verify transactions and receipts;
• Cash closing;
• Prepare daily reports;
• Send information to SEF;
• Manage all technical/administrative procedures related to reservations, check-in, and check-out.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reception;
• Computer literacy;
• Knowledge of hotel management systems – Host preferred;
• English language skills, additional languages are a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• Well-groomed appearance;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented attitude;
• Dynamic, responsible, honest, and punctual;
• Full availability to work day and night shifts.
