POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a RECA & Partnerships Sales Manager to support the definition and execution of the strategy for the channel, in alignment with headquarters and local objectives and challenges. Seek high visibility and best-in-class service within high-end RECA prospects and customers to become a category leader. Celebrate successful partnerships and identify strategies to accomplished the objectives and accelerate the business growth.

Business Acceleration

  • Identify potential customers and explore new ways to generate leads, to achieve an higher level of Customer Acquisition
  • Co-ordinate and review the pipeline of potential customers (Fine Dining and Food Services) on a regular basis for efficient Sales Force Management
  • Foster partnerships (Trade Partners)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver overall commercial plan
  • Manage the pipeline in an active and accurate way, to ensure the adequate supply of machines, coffee, accessories etc. provisions to B2B customers

Build Bottom up Commercial Plans & Team Management

  • Sets the yearly targets for the Sales Force with the B2B Commercial Manager
  • Propose and follow up of Sales Force specific regional actions / promotions / trade fairs in order to reach the sales targets
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to sales team regarding performance
  • Do joint customer visit with the RECA Account Specialists and train/coach them on best practices

  • Ensure consistency of the Nespresso Brand and the Consumer/Customer experience
  • Execute marketing activity events to enhance Nespresso Brand Experience
  • Ensure a professional sales service in accordance with the Nespresso Brand standards
  • Ensure that the organization responds flexibly to customers’ expectations and optimize the service if necessary

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCESSFUL

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years in business operations, with at least 3 years exposure in marketing or sales
  • Has consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse sales roles, including direct sales experience in a similar business model.
  • Proven leadership ability to drive and motivate sales teams
  • Strong OOH knowledge
  • Strategic mindset
  • Good financial knowledge and analytical skills
