Match Profiler is seeking a React Tech Lead to join our internal team in a flexible hybrid model across Lisboa, Porto or Coimbra. The role focuses on leading front-end development, mentoring engineers and delivering production-grade software.

Requirements include 5+ years in front-end, 2+ years with React, strong knowledge of state management, APIs, CI/CD, and a proven track record of shipping high-quality software in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years working extensively in React.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of engineers.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture: state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.), routing, performance optimization, and testing.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Experience with AI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to balance hands-on coding with people leadership.
• A track record of shipping production-quality software in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

React Tech Lead (3 days/week - Lisboa, Porto or Coimbra)

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years working extensively in React.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of engineers (formally or as a tech lead).
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture: state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.), routing, performance optimization, and testing.
