Decskill, an IT consulting company with over 10 years of experience, is growing its frontend team in Lisbon. We are seeking a React Developer to lead the development of the platform's frontend, delivering a high-quality user experience through collaboration with a globally distributed team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in frontend development, strong HTML/CSS/TypeScript skills, and deep React knowledge (Redux, React Router).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of our platform's frontend, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features and functionalities.
• Ensure the platform is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with React and its ecosystem (e.g. Redux, React Router).
• Strong understanding of web performance, security, and scalability.
• Ability to work as a part of a globally distributed team.
• Desire to dive to a new domain knowledge and learn quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
