Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Record to Report Team Leader for a GBS client in Porto. Lead the R2R Tower, drive end-to-end financial close, and ensure high-quality reporting across entities.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, standardizing processes, and coordinating with global owners to achieve service excellence. English fluency is required, with Portuguese and additional languages advantageous.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance / Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications and IFRS knowledge are a strong advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience, including leading operational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the R2R Tower in Porto, scaling and guiding a high-performing team.
• Own end-to-end R2R service delivery and financial close processes.
• Drive IFRS reporting, timeliness, accuracy, and internal control compliance.
• Act as a trusted partner with local finance, Corporate Accounting and external stakeholders.
