An innovative technology company in Lisbon is seeking a Testing Professional to enhance their quality processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in functional testing and be proficient in using test management tools. You will develop and execute tests, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement. This role involves a hybrid work model with in-office days in Oeiras.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in design, planning, and execution of functional testing.
• Familiarity with test and defect management tools.

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and automation tests, when applicable;
• Perform exploratory testing to detect undocumented problems;
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios;
• Identify bugs/defects and report them using appropriate tools;
• Create detailed bug reports with screenshots, step-by-step explanations, to reproduce issues;
• Use test and defect management tools;
• Participate in meetings as necessary;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes;
• Follow project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategies, and procedures;
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders;
• Escalate work issues to the appropriate levels.

Profile:

• Hybrid project in Oeiras (2x in-office)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Experience in design, planning, and execution of functional testing
• Experience in test and defect management tools and reporting
• Experience with Regression, Integration, and E2E Testing
• API / Integration Testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• SQL knowledge
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Capacity for initiative, dynamism, and proactivity

Nice-to-have:

• Degree in computer science or similar
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
