Capgemini Portugal in Lisbon seeks a Quality & Test Lead with 8+ years in test automation to lead a team of automation engineers, shaping the automation strategy and roadmap.

You will design scalable automation frameworks, drive test automation across Web, API, Backend, SAP and Mobile, and embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, promoting DevOps and Continuous Testing.

Qualificações

• More than 8 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Previous experience in technical leadership, team coordination, or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of Front-End (UI) Test Automation, REST API Test Automation, Backend Test Automation, SAP Test Automation and Mobile Test Automation.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Git, and Jira/TFS.
• Agile mindset with a strong focus on Quality and Continuous Improvement.

We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience as Quality & Test Lead to join our teams in Lisbon.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Engineers.
