Job summary

Airbus in Coimbra is seeking a Finance professional to oversee workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for three departments. You will maintain financial infrastructure, create reports and dashboards, and communicate financial status to stakeholders.

Collaborate with controlling, VSM, and project managers to ensure efficient resource utilization and support Supply Chain Management activities.

Qualifications

• Support workforce/workload planning for three departments, aligning tasks with departmental needs.
• Organize financial tasks and allocate resources effectively across the department.
• Maintain and optimize our financial infrastructure (e.g., folder structure, G-Site, SQCDP-Board, Dashboards) to support workload management.
• Create financial reports, statistics, and graphs, and communicate the financial status to stakeholders.
• Document methodologies and develop guidelines to streamline workforce allocation processes.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., controlling, VSM, project managers) to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for departmental operations.Provide support for Supply Chain Management activities.
