Coloplast is seeking a Quality Lead to coordinate non-conformities and CAPA across production, quality and engineering. You will lead a team of 10–15 Inspection Operators and ensure containment, investigation, action follow-up and effectiveness checks are completed on time.

The role requires a higher education degree in a relevant field, experience in regulated manufacturing, and strong English and Portuguese communication.

Qualificações

• Higher education in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Industrial Management.
• Experience in quality, CAPA, non-conformity management or related operations.
• Experience with containment, investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA effectiveness verification.
• Experience leading a team or readiness for first-line leadership.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on-site and cover shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end workflow for non-conformities and CAPA records from detection to closure.
• Ensure identification, segregation and escalation of affected products and processes.
• Coordinate inputs for investigations: data collection, defect characterization, traceability, impact assessment.
• Facilitate root cause analysis with cross-functional teams and translate causes into corrective actions.
• Monitor open NC/CAPA, ageing, due dates and effectiveness checks; escalate risks.
• Lead 10–15 Inspection Operators and allocate priorities across production needs.
