Job summary

iCliGo is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team. You will translate requirements into test coverage, run exploratory and functional testing across web and backend, and ensure defects are captured clearly to reduce risk.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver a flawless travel experience. You will design clear test cases, maintain BDD/Gherkin scenarios, and contribute to QA process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.
• Strong command of test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables).
• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Xray, Zephyr).
• Hands-on experience testing APIs (Postman).
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases and SQL for test validation.
• Familiarity with BDD/Gherkin and agile delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote team.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team. What we're looking for

• Familiarity with BDD/Gherkin and agile delivery;

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote team.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification (Foundation or higher);
• Exposure to test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium);
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git);
• Awareness of performance/load testing concepts.
