ITDS in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester to ensure quality and reliability of core applications. You will design, execute and maintain manual test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve testing processes.

The role requires strong SQL data validation, experience with JIRA and Confluence, and excellent English and French communication. You will work in a hybrid setup with autonomy and a proactive attitude.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence for test management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level) and French.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of organization and rigor.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working in agile environments.
• Certifications related to QA or testing methodologies.
