INSCALE is seeking a QA tester to join the newly formed OpsTech team, working on our in-house POS, KDS, and in-store apps. You will test applications, assist with integrations to terminals, and help investigate bugs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in software QA, hands-on API testing (Postman), experience with POS/retail, and familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Qase. You will thrive in a collaborative, proactive environment contributing to growth.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in software QA/testing.
• API testing with Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with POS systems or Retail.
• Knowledge of payment flows (e.g., authorization, capture, refund).
• Bug Tracking & Test Case Management.
• System experience (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Qase).

Responsabilidades

• Daily standup: raise blockers or questions for developers.
• Prepare documentation and test cases before new versions go out.
• Retest fixed bugs and run regression testing prior to releases.
• Review bugs and new features; ensure tickets are written correctly.
• Attend sprint ceremonies (refinement, planning, review).
