Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of software testing or QA experience.

QA Engineer - Porto, Portugal

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our biometric passport technology in our Porto office. Your main duties will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, JMeter)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with biometric technology or security systems is a plus
• ISTQB certification or other relevant training/certifications in software testing
