Carrier is seeking a QA DevOps Engineer to own the quality automation strategy for its software platform. You will design, build and maintain automated test pipelines, integrating quality gates into every commit and release.

You will develop performance tests, define QA processes, and manage test infra on AWS, collaborating across software, firmware and DevOps to embed testability. Fluent English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building automated test frameworks and API testing tools.
• Experience with performance/load testing tools and interpreting results.
• Working knowledge of AWS testing and automation infra (EC2, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the quality automation strategy for the software platform.
• Design, build and maintain automated test pipelines integrated into CI/CD.
• Develop performance/load testing frameworks to validate services.
• Define and improve QA processes, plans, coverage and release criteria.
• Build and manage test infrastructure on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3).
• Collaborate with software, firmware and DevOps teams to ensure testability.
• Monitor health and performance in test/production-like environments.
• Own test data management and environment strategy for speed and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
