Job summary

You will work remotely from Portugal, have a strong background in backend development, and hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG techniques. Fluency in English is essential.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of proven professional experience in Python development.
• Have strong experience in backend development and scalable services;
• Have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
• Have experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
• Have a solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures;
• Speak English fluently.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment;
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services;
• Good understanding of software architecture and development best practices;
• Experience with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
