Inetum is looking for a Developer Generative AI to join a team building AI assistants used across Helpdesk, HR, and Back Office. The role focuses on backend development in Python, REST API design, and AI-enabled automation.

You will collaborate with frontend teams, contribute to scalable architectures, and participate in Agile ceremonies in a hybrid Lisbon-based environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of backend development using Python and FastAPI.
• Strong experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and integrating services.
• Good knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AI integration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is valued.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Azure cloud is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

We are looking for a Developer Generative AI to join an innovative team responsible for building and evolving AI assistants that support business areas such as Helpdesk, HR, and Back Office operations. Based on backend development best practices, you will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent AI-powered solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications supporting AI assistants.
• Design, build, and enhance REST APIs to ensure seamless integration between systems and services.
• Collaborate closely with frontend teams to deliver consistent and user-friendly experiences.
• Implement AI-driven capabilities to improve automation, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to backend architecture evolution, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs, as well as integrating applications and services.
• Good knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AI integration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, is a plus.
• Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, with an interest in applying them to business solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
