Planck Technologies is seeking an experienced Python backend developer to design, build, and maintain scalable services in a fully remote setup. You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG to create AI-powered solutions and integrate them into distributed, event-driven architectures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality code, and participating in the full software lifecycle. Fluency in English is mandatory for global collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven Python development experience.
• Experience building scalable backend services.
• Hands-on Generative AI/LLMs and RAG experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Strong understanding of distributed, asynchronous, event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.

What are we looking for?

• More than 5 years of proven experience in Python development;
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services;
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
• Experience with message brokers, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar;
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment;
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
