Bosch Aveiro is seeking a proactive procurement professional to strengthen our purchasing operations. You will own ordering processes, manage price agreements, and maintain master data accuracy across our IT platforms.

Fluent English, a bachelor’s in a related field, and SAP experience are essential as you help drive data quality, supplier evaluation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
Experience in operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain in a large international organization.
Proficiency with SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

Take ownership of the ordering process and streamline its flow.
Actively manage and update price agreements to ensure data quality.
Administer and maintain purchasing-related master data for accuracy.
Provide support for market inquiries and supplier evaluation.
Ensure purchasing data and transactions are accurately updated across IT platforms.
Oversee loan contracts for inventories and support internal controls.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in purchasing operations.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Streamlining the Ordering Process: Taking ownership of the ordering process.
Optimizing Price Agreements: Actively managing and updating price agreements within our system to ensuring data quality.
Master Data Governance Support: Administering and maintaining purchasing-related master data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Facilitating Market Inquiries: Providing essential support for standard market inquiries, helping to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and solutions.
Maintaining IT System Accuracy: Ensuring all relevant purchasing data and transactions are accurately updated and maintained across our various IT platforms.
Managing Loan Contracts: Overseeing the management and tracking of loan contracts for inventories, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.
Supporting Internal Controls: Assisting with internal control procedures to uphold Bosch’s high standards of compliance and risk management.
Driving Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities and actively contributing to the implementation of process enhancements within our purchasing operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven professional experience in an operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, ideally within a large, international organization.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and actively support the implementation of process improvements.
Know-how:
- Proficiency in various IT systems critical to purchasing, including strong practical experience with SAP.
- Excellent data processing and analytical skills using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Languages: Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are essential.
