The role requires a Master’s degree and proven automotive procurement experience, with strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in supplier management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement strategies and supply chain processes.
• Negotiation skills are a strong advantage.
• Languages: German is a plus.

• Define and implement consolidation and standardization strategies based on data analysis and market insights.
• Manage supplier lifecycle activities, including ramp-up and ramp-down phases, ensuring supply continuity and risk mitigation.
• Optimize supplier networks by developing innovative sourcing strategies and alternative solutions.
• Lead bottleneck management activities, ensuring material availability and minimizing production disruptions.
• Negotiate frame contracts and lead sourcing processes from supplier selection to project awarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders up to executive level.
