Bosch Home Comfort Portugal in Aveiro offers a 12-month graduate program in Strategy with a hybrid work model. You will prepare monthly KPI reports, support procurement controlling, and help improve dashboards and financial data quality.

Applicants should be enrolled or recently graduated in business, economics, or industrial engineering, with Excel and Power BI skills, good English, and an analytical mindset. This program provides hands-on training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement and/or controlling processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Microsoft Tools & Power BI is highly appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly reports by analyzing KPIs, validating purchasing data, and identifying inconsistencies.
• Maintain and update procurement controlling databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and enabling YTD tracking.
• Assist in Payment Terms reports and monthly dashboard updates for continuous improvements.
• Support forecasting processes and business planning through data collection and plausibility checks.
• Contribute to digitalization by supporting data integrations and enhancing dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports by analyzing key KPIs, validating purchasing data, and identifying inconsistencies;
• Maintain and update procurement controlling databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, supporting year-to-date (YTD) tracking activities, and contributing to cost transparency and reporting reliability;
• Support the preparation of Payment Terms reports through monthly report and dashboard updates, as well as continuous improvements;
• Support forecasting processes and business planning activities through data collection, analysis, and plausibility checks;
• Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives by supporting data integrations and enhancing dashboards and reporting tools.

Profile and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, or a related field;
• Basic understanding of procurement and/or controlling processes is an advantage;
• Experience/knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Tools & Power BI is highly appreciated;
• Comfortable with written and verbal communication in English (mandatory);
• Proactive, Good organizational and time-management skills and interested on developing analytical skills.
