H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking a Purchasing Agent to support the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while ensuring continuous supply for production. The role collaborates with Planning, Sourcing, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to optimize performance.

Candidates should have vocational training or degree in Business or Supply Chain, 2+ years in purchasing, and SAP experience. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, with French or German as a plus.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.

• Experience with inventory management and demand planning.
• Knowledge of procurement reporting, forecasting, and supplier performance analysis.

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Purchasing Agent to support the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while ensuring continuous supply for production. This role manages inventory levels, maintains SAP data accuracy, and collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance. The position works closely with Planning, Sourcing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational efficiency and material availability.

Primary Responsibilities

• Procure materials based on production plans and forecasts.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and safety stock levels.
• Ensure timely material availability to support production.
• Maintain accurate material and supplier data in SAP.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and procurement performance data.
• Support supplier negotiations and maintain pricing information.

Minimum Requirements
