H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking a Purchasing Agent to support raw materials, packaging and finished goods procurement, ensuring continuous supply for production. You will manage inventory, maintain SAP data accuracy, and collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to optimize procurement performance. Proficiency in Portuguese, English and French is required, with SAP experience highly preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor level or vocational training in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 2+ years in purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, English and French; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Procure materials based on production plans and forecasts.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and safety stock levels.
• Ensure timely material availability to support production.
• Maintain accurate material and supplier data in SAP.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and procurement performance data.
• Support supplier negotiations and maintain pricing information.
• Manage supplier claims, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sourcing, planning, and warehouse teams on process improvements.
