A Caixa Mágica Software procura um Project/Program Manager para liderar projetos de grande escala em Lisboa, assegurando gestão de âmbito, cronogramas e orçamentos, com foco em entrega eficiente e comunicação assertiva.

Qualifications

• Experiência comprovada de até 15 anos como Project Manager em grandes projetos.
• Certificações obrigatórias.
• Diploma de bacharel em área relevante (Engenharia/Computação).
• Excelentes competências de comunicação escrita e verbal.

Responsibilities

• Gerir âmbito, prazos, custos e qualidade do projeto.
• Desenvolver planos de projeto, execução, comunicação e mitigação de riscos.
• Garantir que a execução financeira esteja alinhada com a entrega.
• Gerir relações e comunicação com todas as partes interessadas.
• Preparar relatórios de projeto para suportar a tomada de decisão.

What will you do?

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, timelines, costs, and quality;
• Develop project plans and ensure their implementation, including execution, communication, risk, and mitigation plans;
• Ensure that financial execution is aligned with project delivery;
• Manage relationships and ensure clear and assertive communication with all stakeholders;
• Prepare project reports and management information to support decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• Up to 15 years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale and complex projects, covering scope, timelines, and/or budget;
• Mandatory certifications;
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and productive environment;
• Strong critical thinking skills, with a focus on resolving blockers.
