A Caixa Mágica Software está à procura de um(a) Arquiteto(a) de Dados Sênior para definir e implementar padrões de governança de dados e qualidade de dados em uma organização complexa. O profissional atuará com governança, cloud e plataformas analíticas, engajando partes interessadas e apoiando iniciativas de transformação em um ambiente internacional.

O candidato ideal possui sólido conhecimento em Data Governance, Data Quality, ferramentas associadas e experiência prática com Databricks,

Qualifications

• Fortes conhecimentos em Data Governance e Data Quality, com aplicação de frameworks e processos.
• Experiência com Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, glossário de negócios, catálogo de dados, linhagem de dados e qualidade.
• Experiência com ferramentas de Governança de Dados e/ou de Qualidade de Dados.
• Conhecimento atualizado de bancos de dados e plataformas analíticas, incluindo Data Lake, Lakehouse e NoSQL.
• Experiência com pelo menos uma cloud: Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud Platform.
• Prática com Microsoft Fabric e Databricks, incluindo suas capacidades de governança e gestão de dados.
• Boas habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio.
• Capacidade de definir padrões de Governança de Dados, orientar equipes e promover adoção de práticas.
• Experiência em ambientes colaborativos e equipes globais.
• Conhecimento de GDPR e boas práticas de privacidade de dados.
• Conhecimento de metodologias Ágeis.
• Experiência com Jira e Confluence.
• Proficiência em Espanhol (escrito e falado).
• Capacidade de influenciar e alinhar diferentes stakeholders.

Senior Data Architect

We are looking for a Data Governance professional to help define and implement governance and data quality standards across a large and complex organisation. The role combines strong knowledge of Data Governance, cloud and analytics platforms with the ability to engage stakeholders, guide teams, and support strategic transformation initiatives in an international environment.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality practices, frameworks, and processes.
• Experience with Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, and Data Quality processes.
• Experience with Data Governance and/or Data Quality tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of databases and analytics technologies, including Data Lake, Lakehouse, and NoSQL storage architectures.
• Experience with at least one Cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, including their concepts, architectures, and data management/governance capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to define Data Governance standards and solutions, guide teams, and promote the adoption of Data Governance and Data Quality practices within a large organisation.
• Experience working in collaborative environments and with multidisciplinary or global teams.
• Strong commitment to the quality of deliverables.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Knowledge of GDPR and best practices related to data privacy and protection.
• Experience in strategic or organisational transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in defining Data Governance operating models, data catalogs, business glossaries, Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, data lineage, and data quality metrics.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to influence and align different stakeholders.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
