Caixa Mágica Software in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale initiatives. You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality while developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and risk mitigation.

You will communicate with stakeholders, report on progress, ensure financial alignment with delivery, and contribute to a dynamic, long-term project environment with training and growth opportunities.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and align financial execution with delivery.

What will you do?

• Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, timelines, costs, and quality;
• Develop project plans and ensure their implementation, including execution, communication, risk, and mitigation plans;
• Ensure that financial execution is aligned with project delivery;
• Manage relationships and ensure clear and assertive communication with all stakeholders;
• Prepare project reports and management information to support decision-making.

What are we looking for?

• Up to 15 years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale and complex projects, covering scope, timelines, and/or budget;
• Mandatory certifications;
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and productive environment;
• Strong critical thinking skills, with a focus on resolving blockers.
